Family Armory & Indoor Range

Client: Tony Grijalva

Assistance: Business Plan, Financial Projections

Bank Funded: Yes

City: Midland, TX

County: Midland

Tony Grijalva first contacted the SBDC in July 2012. Tony had already done a lot of research about what it would take to open a state of the art indoor gun range. As a result, we assisted him with creating and editing his business plan while placing an emphasis on his financial projections. Throughout the next year, Tony decided to restructure the project by scaling it back. We assisted with the changes to the business plan and coached the clients on the best way to present this project to the bankers.

On May 15, 2015, FAIR had a ribbon cutting for their groundbreaking ceremony and opened for business in November 2015. They currently employ a total of 4 full-time and 5 part-time employees.
